Kent Davis MBA Dip.Prop MREI
Kent brings to City Realty, the skills acquired from over 15 years of senior management experience in operating and ownership of corporate retail franchise businesses. With considerable expertise in commercial leasing and customer focussed retail chains, he is well placed to ensure an effective result for you.
In addition to this commercial experience, he balances this with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Kent is seen as a Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) specialist, with sound working knowledge of how to successfully navigate the processes required to contract and gain approval.
He currently sits on the Management Committees of :-
- the East End Co-ordination Group (EECG), which focuses on economic development in the East End, and
- a local buildings Community Corporation.
He is a strong communicator, customer focussed, and passionate about exceeding clients expectations. In his local community perspective, Kent has held the role of President of his local kindergarten.
