Kent Davis (RLA 212148): MBA, Dip. Prop, MREI; Director; mob: 0417 778 858; kent@cityrealty.com.au; Kent brings to City Realty a breadth of property and business experience gained from senior executive roles with a number of leading retail franchise companies.

In addition to this commercial experience, he balances this with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

His franchise experience provides the appropriate disciplines and processes required to manage an efficient Property Management function. This ultimately provides owners with a strong sense of “peace of mind” that their investment property in being diligently and professionally managed.

He prides himself on being a specialist in Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) matters, and has a sound working knowledge of the processes required to contract and gain approval.

He currently sits on the management committees of :-
• the East End Co-ordination Group (EECG). This group focuses on economic development in the East End, and is widely considered the the peak community body providing a voice to the local residents and traders in the East End of Adelaide.
• a local buildings Community Corporation.

Previously he has assisted in his local community with being the President of his local Kindergarten.

He is a strong communicator, customer focused, and passionate about exceeding clients expectations.
