How we inspect your property
We do what it takes to make sure your property is always in safe hands.
It all starts with an open inspection to find the right renters. We pick the perfect time that will attract the people you prefer. We also make sure your place presents well – and arrive early to let in light and fresh air.
Before your tenants move in and out, we do a detailed audit to capture the condition. This protects you from disputes or unfair claims.
We then inspect your property every four months – to keep your tenants honest, spot anything that needs repair or maintenance, and let you know how things are going.
